#FoodPorn: No Rice Dinner

So we decided to eat something different instead of eating rice with some viand. My mom made Wakame (seaweed) and Cucumber salad, Salmon Sashimi, Crispy Squid Rings, and  Tofu with Soumen sauce.

A home made Japanese set of dinner.

For that I'd like to share you quick steps on how to make Wakame and Cucumber salad.


Ingredients:

Cucumber sliced vertically in thin pieces
Softened Wakame (seaweed soaked in water)
Goma dressing (sesame dressing)
Mustard sauce
Wasabi

Preparation:

Squeeze the cucumber slices to remove the liquid. Mix goma dressing, wasabi, and mustard sauce in a bowl. Add cucumber and softened wakame in a bowl and mix well then add the prepared dressing.

Then that's it! A very easy meal you can try at home. :)
