The Kani Mango Salad Crepe is just one of the "Savory Crepes" offered by different crepes stations. We decided to make a home made crepe to satisfy our cravings.
And here's how we did it:
Thin Crepe Batter Ingredients
3 cups milk
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
Making crepe batter is quick and easy. Instead of a special pan to make crepes, we used a small nonstick pan and it worked just fine.
Whisk everything in a bowl until smooth. The batter will be watery. Using a laddle, pour a few tablespoons of batter onto the center of the pan. Spread evenly in a circular manner.
This will make 8-10 crepes. After making the crepe batter, prepare all the ingredients for the fillings of the crepe.
Crepe Filling Ingredients
Lettuce
Sliced Cucumber
Japanese Kani sticks
Mangoes
Japanese Mayonnaise
Be sure to have fresh ingredients!

Place the fillings on top of the crepe. Put the Japanese Mayonnaise on top. Fold the crepe in half, in quarter then roll it.
Ta-dah! Your Kani Crepe is ready to eat. :)
I know it in my heart that it would taste a lot better if it has mangoes in it but too bad we weren't able to buy. So for those who will try, don't forget to add mangoes! With these easy steps, you can now make your own healthy crepe and impress your friends with the delicious and healthiest crepe ever. This quick and healthy bite is really a must try for all the crepe lovers out there. :)
Looks so yummy! And easy to prepare too! Will definitely try to make some. If I get to find a japanese mayonnaise, that is haha!
